Koshu Club is an elegant á la carte restaurant inspired by the refined spirit of classic Shōwa-era Japanese supper clubs.  We highlight exceptional cuts of Japanese and American wagyu beef alongside pristine seafood prepared through the art of sumibiyaki (炭火焼き) - defined as slow grilling over binchōtan charcoal to achieve depth, fragrance and perfect balance. 

The menu bridges traditional washoku, yōshoku classics, and contemporary Japanese cuisine.  The meal is complemented by a Japanese-style cocktail bar and a deeply curated selection of wine and sake.
